Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Q10 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains current and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. q10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the q10 support team immediately. You must not share your password with any third party.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Platform, you agree to:
- Do not use the Platform for any illegal or unlawful purpose under Malaysian law
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of q10's systems
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access the Platform without written authorisation
- Do not spread false, misleading, or unlawful content
- Do not take any action that could damage the reputation or operations of q10
- Comply with all gaming and betting rules set by the Platform
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the q10 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). q10 supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and direct bank transfers.
Successful deposits are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. q10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
Fund withdrawals are subject to a completed account verification process. You are required to verify your Malaysian bank account before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on your chosen payment method.
Q10 reserves the right to delay or reject transaction requests that are deemed suspicious or that may potentially breach anti-money laundering policies. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed within the user's account.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Grounds for Account Suspension
Q10 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a user's account without prior notice if:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account
- The user has violated any provision of these terms
- The account is found to be used by an individual under 18 years of age
- The user has attempted to manipulate the gaming or payment systems
- Registration information found to be false or inaccurate
Account Closure by User
You may close your q10 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the withdrawal conditions then in effect.
Following account closure, q10 will retain transaction records and account information for the period required under applicable Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Q10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. q10's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

All content on the q10 Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of q10 or its licensors. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
